Extension of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio project

On December 18, 2025, an addendum agreement was signed between Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and European Village LLC regarding the expansion of the Wyndham Grand project in Batumi, Gonio. Initially, the complex was planned to include 300 units; however, an additional 200 units were added, thereby increasing the overall scale of the Wyndham Grand development.

This change enhances the financial performance of the property and elevates its level. Wyndham Grand Gonio is an All-Inclusive hotel and is the only property in the region of this format and luxury level.
