Signing Management Agreement between Aimbridge Hospitality and NCD Likani (Wndham Grand Borjomi)

On January 20, 2026, a Hotel Management and Technical Supervision Agreement was signed between LLC NCD Likani and Aimbridge Hospitality. Under this agreement, Aimbridge Hospitality will conduct full management of NCD Likani’s five-star project: Wyndham Grand Borjomi and Wyndham Grand Residence Borjomi. Aimbridge also will provide technical supervision services prior to the project’s opening.

Wyndham Grand Borjomi — a 5-star multifunctional balneological complex with a $60 million investment — is under construction in Borjomi. The project is developed by New City Development LLC and is branded under Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ luxury brand, Wyndham Grand and Wyndham Grand Residence. The complex will be managed by Aimbridge Hospitality and will be the first branded Wyndham Grand hotel in the region.

The project includes a 5-star hotel, over 400 investment residences, and a balneological center. The recreational zone will feature a zipline, ski slope, football field, hiking, and cycling trails. Over 300 jobs will be created during the project implementation.
