Signing of the Management Agreement between worlds leader Management Company Aimbridge Hospitality and one of the largest developer company European Village LLC on the management of the WorldHotels Luxury Grand Life project in Batumi
On May 15, 2025 in Batumi, European Village LLC signed a contract with the world's largest management company, Aimbridge Hospitality (USA), which will take over the management of the World Hotels Luxury Grand Life hotel. Aimbridge manages more than 1,500 hotels worldwide, mostly luxury segment.
The WorldHotels Luxury Grand Life project envisages the construction of a 5-star luxury city hotel in the central part of Batumi, on the coast of the Black Sea. The complex consists of two blocks: 86 hotel rooms and 69 hotel residences. Dozens of infrastructure facilities will be available to guests and owners of rooms/residences - from restaurants and bars to a Spa Center, fitness area, conference spaces, and indoor parking.
Earlier, Aimbridge Hospitality took the management of another unique object on the Batumi hotel market - the first luxury brand hotel complex in the format of a resort with all-inclusive services, Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio.
This project's developer is also European Village, one of the largest player in the Georgian market for branded hotel real estate.
