Signing of the HMA between River Rock Hotels and Resorts and Elt Building

On March 16, 2023, a Hotel Management Agreement was signed between the client and partner of the „Global Investment Group“ „Elt Building and the international management company „River Rock Hotels & Resorts.Within the framework of the Agreement the company „River Rock Hotels & Resorts provides the management of hotel apartments and  Hotel „La Quinta By Wyndham Batumi.

It is also significant to be noticed that this is the first project for „River Rock Hotels & Resorts in Georgia, and „Elt Building and its development projects were selected to start its business.

The company Global Investment Group fully ensures the commercial and legal interests of „Elt Building LLC during the signing of the cooperation agreement and the implementation of the mentioned project.
