Wyndham Residence in Gonio

On September 29, 2021, the license agreement was signed between the Wyndham Hotel Group (UK) East Limited and Next Gonio LLC.

According to the agreement, Next Gonio has started implementation of one of the largest investment project in Adjara region. This project is underway in Gonio, which includes 25-floor residential complex with 400 branded Wyndham Residence Apartments. The project will build new modern standards, commercial, entertainment, sports, health-improving, residential and tourist-recreational infrastructure, just 15 meters from the sea with 5-star service, beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.
